Anche quest' anno potrete gustare la pasta fresce fresca fatta a mano e preparata secondo le antiche tradizioni locali:
- Gnocchi al ragù - gnocchi del conte goti - cavatielli top chef - maccaruncielle bella donna - pasta contadina con salsiccia e funghi.

Inoltre saranno preparate le migliori carni locali alla brace con verdure fresche grigliate -
arista di maiale al forno con funghi - patatine fresche fritte.

Il tutto accompagnato dagli ottimi vini locali (aglianico - falanghina)
